  1. Terms of Acceptance

By booking any service with NomiGo Tours, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please review them thoroughly prior to making a reservation.

  1. Definitions

  • Client/customer/agent means the person or an organisation who makes the booking or bought the service;

  • You means the Client or Participants;

  • We, Us or Our means NomiGo Tours;

  • Contact booking means the message section for asking questions submitted by the client/customer/agent;

  • Party or Parties means individually either NomiGo Tours or Client or customers or agents or collectively refers to all together;

  • USD or US$ means the United States Dollars;

  • Rp or IDR means Indonesian Rupiah (refers to local currency) in Indonesia.

  1. Bookings

By booking any service with NomiGo Tours, you acknowledged and agreed that:

  • The Client making a booking of a Service is of minimum 18 years of age;

  • Clients/costumers under 18 - 15 years of age shall be accompanied by a guardian during the service or have a written consent from the guardian to enrolled in the service.

  1. Tour Policy

  • Each scooter is for one passenger only;

  • Helmet and raincoat will be provided by NomiGo Driver Partners

  • Customers must follow all safety guidelines

  • NomiGo is not responsible for incidents caused by customer negligence

  • There’s additional cost for driver’s accommodation and meals, should the clients be requesting for overnight tour or few days tour.

  • Parking fees are included

  • Petrol / Fuel is included

  • Admission Fee / Entrance tickets are not included

  1. Payment

Payment shall be made in USD or IDR, in cleared funds without delay, deductions or set-off. Overseas Bank Transfer can be made only in USD or EUR.

  1. Cancellation & Refund

If you wish to cancel your booking and get a refund, please send an e-mail to info@nomigotours.com and text us via WhatsApp to +62 823-4098-4686 by telling us your name, and reason for cancellation.

For cancellation and refund please read our policy below:

  • Cancellation made at least 24 hours before the tour: Full refund

  • Cancellation made less than 12 hours: 50%

  • No-shows: No refund

  • In case of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, NomiGo will only allow you to reschedule.

  1. Customer Responsibility

  1. Insurance

Travel insurance is mandatory. Customers/clients must have comprehensive travel and medical insurance that includes coverage for accidental, water sports and other related activities.

  1. Photos, Videos and Media coverage

You must ensure that the you are medically and physically fit to participate in guided-scooter tour and other activities. Compliance with all safety directives from our staff is mandatory. NomiGo Tours and its partners are not responsible for any participant’s personal injuries, sickness or loss of personal belongings during the trip/tour.

By joining a tour, you agree to:

  • Follow instructions from Driver Partners

  • Always wear a helmet during scooter tours

  • Respect local laws, people and culture

  • Respect our Driver Partners

Clients/customers acknowledge and understand that NomiGo Tours will be taking photos or videos during the tour and any other related activities. Photos and videos may be posted on various forms of media and may be used without charge in all media for promotional or marketing purposes. Please send us an email if you wish not to participate in any form of such media coverage.

  1. Changes by Us

The Clients/costumers fully indemnify and hold harmless NomiGo Tours against claims for loss or damage to personal property, personal injury, death, and any claim arising from the Participant’s errors, omissions, actions or negligence and from any errors, actions, omissions, claims whatsoever between Client, Participant, other participants, Travel Service Provider or any third party whether related to the Service or not.

NomiGo Tours shall not be responsible for any Participant leaving the Service earlier than the completion, or for arriving at the destination earlier/later than announced lesson or retreat, and such risk and cost is at the Client’s and Participant’s sole responsibility.

  1. Force Majeur

NomiGo Tours shall not be liable for losses, injuries or death occurring directly or indirectly by reason of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster); action or inaction of civil or military authority; acts of foreign enemies; war; terrorism; riot; insurrection; sabotage; epidemics; labor disputes; civil commotion; or interruption, loss or malfunction of utilities, transportation, computer or communications capabilities.

  1. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Customer/Client's information will be used only for:

  • Booking and communication

  • Service improvement

  • Drivers to contact the clients on the D-day

We do not share personal data with third parties without consent.

  1. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.
